History
Director Leon Carroll has been working in Development Management since 2004 and completed a Masters in Town and Regional Planning at Leeds Beckett University in 2018. With a wide and varied work experience working with both urban and rural local planning authorities, Leon currently works as a contractor in roles including Team Leader and Principal Planner for local authorities across the north and midlands. Leon set up CPS Ltd in 2023 in order to provide planning consultancy services to both local planning authorities and developers.
